Paws Walk 2015 – another success…goal reached!

Coastal Pet Sitting has long been a supporter of our local New Hampshire SPCA in Stratham, and it was our pleasure to participate in Paws Walk 2015. Paws Walk is fun with a purpose. Walkers raise critically important funds for the care of thousands of homeless animals that the New Hampshire SPCA takes in each year.  The NHSPCA’s website ( states that they receive “…almost 4,000 unwanted, neglected or abused animals in our region each year. We provide each one with a warm bed, loving care and take every step possible to place them in the best possible new home”. The day of the event is full of four legged and two legged friends, interesting vendors, face painting, music, exhibits, entertainment and more.

This past June, Coastal Pet Sitting was unable to assemble a team to participate in the walk at Stratham Hill Park, but we managed to raise over $1000.  Our own, Becky Perkins and Jessica Geoffroy attended the event and took part in the walk. We have already  set a goal of $1,500 for next year’s walk, so we hope you’ll join us in supporting this great cause!
